Walking in a Window Wanderland

7/12/2020

Last week GL4 CIC in conjunction with The Venture: White City, Podsmead Big Local and the Podsmead Residents Association launched 'Window Wanderland' across three of our local communities, and doesn't it look amazing!

In a year when many of us have got into walking our local area and events have had to take on a COVID-safe spin, this is a great way for communities to put on their own displays and bring some Christmas cheer to their neighbourhoods.
Window Wanderland is a national initiative which through GL4 CIC and with the support of Gloucester City Council has come to Matson, Robinswood, White City and Podsmead, with the hope of connecting people safely, and 'transforming streets into magical outdoor galleries'.

Taking part is FREE and everyone is welcome.  Anything goes… as long as it’s family friendly and you can still join in.  You can find more information or download an interactive map here - https://www.windowwanderland.com/event/Gloucester-2020/

Window Wanderland Gloucester is part of Bright Nights, a new programme of light installations for all the family to bring colour, light and play to the city at a traditionally dark time of year. Gloucestershire Gateway Trust are proud to support the work of GL4 CIC.
