Mark Gale,
Chief Executive Mark Gale is the founder and Chief Executive of Gloucestershire Gateway Trust. A former UK Social Entrepreneur of the Year, Mark has previously advised government on social inclusion, and been a national board member of the housing charity Shelter. Mark helped introduce community time banking into the UK and Europe and has worked within Gloucestershire Gateway Trust’s target communities for over three decades. |
Clare Skivington,
Community Support Manager Clare Skivington is Community Support Manager for Gloucestershire Gateway Trust, based at Gloucester Services. Clare has worked for more than 20 years in the voluntary sector, campaigning and fundraising with international NGO’s as well as local charities. She has worked abroad in Ecuador in urban areas and is passionate about how people can have a positive impact on communities through coming together. |
Jason Dunsford,
Head of Employment and Skills Jason Dunsford is Head of Employment and Skills for Gloucestershire Gateway Trust. He has worked for over 15 years in communities across Gloucestershire to support people develop their careers. A qualified tutor and careers adviser, Jason has directly supported thousands of people and written hundreds of CVs. He now manages the GEM Project, a partnership of 50 organisations that supports people get into, or closer to work. |
Rebecca Boseley,
Head of Marketing and PR Rebecca Boseley is Head of Marketing and PR for Gloucestershire Gateway Trust. She spent over 15 years in marketing management within insurance and financial services, specialising in charities, education, and arts and culture. Her roles have included strategic development, PR and communications, and relationship management for the likes of English Heritage. Rebecca is also a Trustee of another Gloucestershire charity. |
Our Trustees
Ian Simpson is Gloucestershire Gateway Trust Company Secretary. He spent over 30 years in financial services as a senior executive at charity-owned Ecclesiastical Insurance Group based in Gloucestershire. Now a self-employed consultant, Ian was lead bid writer for the GEM Project, a £3.2m jointly funded ESF and Big Lottery programme managed by the trust. Bob Allen is a Matson resident who also chairs the Matson, Robinswood and White City Community Partnership. Bob formerly worked as a Youth Worker in Matson and is still a very active member of the local community and is particularly involved with Robinswood School and Matson Baptist Church. |
