We're delighted to announce that our free employment skills course for anyone interested in working at Gloucester Services but needing a little support is back this month, running from Monday 23rd to Wednesday 25th May. 'Bridging the Gap' is a three-day course includes CV writing, interview skills and the chance to try out some of the different types of jobs at Gloucester Services - from cold food preparation and cooking and to serving customers, cleaning and maintenance.
The course is free and available to anyone that needs the additional pre-employment support, though places are limited. If you would like to enquire about a place on the course please email helenl@hrpeoplesupport.co.uk. Gloucestershire Gateway Trust and Gloucester Services have been running the Bridging the Gap course since 2018, with many of those taking part being offered roles as a result and going directly into employment at the M5 services.
